Background
Provide global business-focused learning and development programs in partnership with Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Fuels sales and subject matter experts. Learning and Development Consultant
Background
APL/NOL is a 5,000 employees worldwide shipping company with headquarters in Singapore. Designed, developed, and deployed the company's corporate university that supported over 300 e-learning courses and learning centers in the Americas, Asia and Europe. The second phase of the project was to seamlessly integrate the company's Learning Management System with MS SharePoint to make learning a collaborative harbor.

- Conducted task and needs analyses to determine/validate learning needs as they related to job tasks.
